Case Study

Business Centre – Presidential Court (Ministry of Presidential Affairs)

Mission-Critical ELV & Audio-Visual Systems Integration for a Presidential-Level Facility.

The Business Centre at the Presidential Court, developed for the Ministry of Presidential Affairs (MOPA), is a high-profile, multi-functional facility designed to host VIP engagements, high-level governmental meetings, and international events. The development comprises a 1,200-seat auditorium, a 1,100-capacity multipurpose hall, training halls, classrooms, VIP majalis, and high-level conference suites, each engineered to support a different operational scenario, from large public addresses and media broadcasts to private executive meetings and training sessions.

Oasis Enterprises is responsible for the design, supply, installation, integration, and commissioning of a comprehensive suite of high-availability, mission-critical Extra Low Voltage (ELV) and Audio-Visual (AV) systems across the facility, unified within a single control and monitoring environment. Key systems being delivered include:

  • Structured cabling, IP-based CCTV surveillance, multi-tier access control, programmable lighting control, and intercom infrastructure forming the facility’s core ELV backbone
  • A 126 sqm ultra-high-resolution (approx. 12K x 8K) direct-view LED screen and 7.1 surround sound system for the auditorium, supported by digital signal processing (DSP) and acoustic tuning
  • Broadcast-grade infrastructure with PTZ cameras, video switching, and AV-over-IP distribution to support live streaming and international media standards
  • Theatrical lighting with over 76 fixtures across FOH and BOH, plus wireless voting and simultaneous interpretation systems for multilingual, interactive events
  • Suspended LED displays and high-output line array speakers for the 1,100-capacity multipurpose hall, with integrated broadcast and streaming capability
  • Interactive display panels, lecture capture, and translation systems for training halls and classrooms
  • Digital signage, wayfinding kiosks, and a zoned background music system across public areas
  • A unified master control platform for centralized, simplified operation of all AV and ELV systems

The project’s scale, security requirements, and multi-functional nature presented significant engineering challenges, including ultra-high-resolution content distribution, large-volume acoustic modeling, and structural coordination for ceiling-mounted displays and rigging, all managed within a strict, high-security access environment. The proposed solutions have been successfully reviewed and approved by the client, with implementation currently progressing in line with project timelines to deliver a fully integrated, broadcast-ready, and future-proof facility.
